REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees for TRACE 2024 include the conference attendance and the coffee and lunch breaks for the 3 days of conference. The pre-conference workshops, the conference dinner and the excursions to the Sinca forest or the Bran castle are optional and are not included in the general conference registration fees. Participants need to register and pay for them separately.

Early Career Scientists are particularly encouraged to participate to TRACE 2024.  The Association for Tree-Ring Research is offering a limited number of grants to financially support the participation of its members in the meeting. NOTE: The registration fee does not include the annual membership fee for ATR.

VERY IMPORTANT: All conference fees must be entirely paid BEFORE the start of the conference. Please see below all the details regarding the payment. The on-site / cash paid registration will not be possible. If you would like to have an invoice, please indicate so in the respective field of the registration form and provide all the information that you need to appear on the invoice. Please be aware that, under any circumstance, it will not be possible to ask for invoices after the registration or during the conference days. No pro-forma invoice or receipt may be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds.

Foreign participants will need to make the payment of the fees in euros in the EURO account (see below), while the Romanian participants*** will need to make the payment of the fees in lei/ron in the LEI account (see below). It will not be possible/accepted to do the other way around!
