INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATIONS
FOR ORAL PRSENTATIONS: When you prepare your oral presentation (PowerPoint in 16:9 format), please pay attention to the time that you have available (see below) to do your presentation and prepare it in accordance. This will allow you to have sufficient time to do your presentation without rushing and to attend the questions that the other participants may have … a win-win situation.
Regular oral presentations: 10 minutes + 2 minutes for questions.
Invited speakers: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
FOR POSTER PRSENTATIONS: When you prepare your poster, please pay attention to the fact that the only format that fits our poster stands is the VERTICAL A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) one. In other words, if you bring your poster using a horizontal format, we will not have space to expose it … this would be such a pity given all the work and time you invested on doing it!
